1. Purpose of Messages
Veritas is an internal enterprise system used by Earthbound Trading Co to support operational and IT security workflows. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Veritas, you acknowledge that:
- Veritas may send automated SMS messages containing one-time PIN codes or verification codes
- These codes are used to validate phone-based communication between Earthbound Trading Co IT personnel and authorized store employees
- Messages are transactional and security-related only, not promotional or marketing in nature

By receiving SMS messages from Veritas, you confirm that:
- You are an authorized employee, contractor, or store representative of Earthbound Trading Co
- You have provided a valid mobile phone number for operational communication

3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed
- Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Veritas
- To re-enable SMS messages, reply START
